Tour Summary
There’s a new set of fins in town! Not only can you experience a day with our majestic dolphins, but now you can get up close and personal with our newest addition to beautiful Blue Lagoon Island.
While on the tour, you will get to interact with all shapes and sizes of rays. Safety, of course, is our top priority for our guests so rest assured knowing that you will be in a controlled environment on one of our shallow platforms with expert mammal trainers. Before getting in the water, you will be given a brief history lesson about these Southern stingrays in a fun and enjoyable dockside session.
These beautiful animals are just as mesmerizing to see under the water as they are to see from above the water. Having the chance to snorkel with such captivating animals is an experience you will not soon forget. You can even get the chance to feed them….if you dare!
No need to worry about getting that perfect shot either. While you focus on enjoying spending time with the stingrays, a professional photographer will be standing nearby capturing each moment of the excitement. They will be available for you to purchase after the tour at the photo lab on Blue Lagoon Island.
It is your responsibility to make sure you are aware of and understand all restrictions pertaining to this tour before booking online or over the phone. No refunds will be given to those who reserve a spot and can not participate due to the restrictions listed below. - A printout of the email confirmation is required at check in, as your voucher and proof of purchase
- 10 people per session maximum, to book more than 10 people you MUST select a 2nd tour time and input a completely separate reservation for that 2nd tour time. CALL TO CHECK ON AVAILABLE SPACES FOR GROUPS LARGER THAN 10.
- 1 Hour approx in water interaction time, including orientation
- For safety purposes, the minimum age is 4 years
- Ages 4-12 must be accompanied by an adult participating in the program
- Ages 13-17 just require an observing adult to standby on the dock
- All participants are required to wear a lifevest for the snorkeling portion of the program
- Guests must be able to swim in deep water if participating in the snorkel
- Equipment provided is only for use during the scheduled stingray encounter
- Guests may use their own personal mask and snorkel
- Fins are not permitted
- Pregnant guests ARE allowed in this program
- Guests with special needs may participate if accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket
- A waiver is required for this activity
- Guests may not take cameras onto platforms, in water, or on exhibits
